macOS: Apple silicon and Intel Macs, macOS 12 or later. macOS 12 uses the Chrome 148 kernel (Chrome 154 needs macOS 13+). Profiles you create on a Mac are macOS profiles. Not sure which chip you have? Apple menu → About This Mac: “Chip: Apple M1 / M2 / M3…” means Apple silicon; “Processor: … Intel …” means Intel.
Yes. Nullprint is an antidetect browser, also known as a multi-profile browser: each profile has its own fingerprint, cookies and proxy, so every store or social account runs in a separate, self-consistent browser environment.
Yes. Nullprint doesn't sell proxies or tie you to a provider. Any HTTP / SOCKS5 proxy (including ones with a username and password) can be imported into the proxy pool.

No. Your account moves to the Free plan for good. You can keep opening your 5 oldest profiles; the rest are locked but not deleted, and everything comes back when you renew. Member accounts are paused on the Free plan.
In your account, choose a plan and term (1 / 3 / 12 months) and pay online by card, Alipay or WeChat Pay, or with crypto (USDT). Your plan activates automatically once payment goes through.
Yes. The owner creates member accounts in Team management and grants access to groups or profiles. Members sign in with the same app on their own computers, and store sessions stay on their machines.
Usually an antivirus (on Chinese PCs typically 360 Security Guard or Tencent PC Manager) quarantined the freshly installed Nullprint.exe. Restore Nullprint.exe from the antivirus quarantine, add the install folder (by default %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Nullprint) to its trusted list — or pause the antivirus before installing — then run the installer again. Both the installer and the app carry a valid HENGCHENG LLC code signature.
